Our company recently carried out an internal welding training program designed to strengthen technical expertise and guarantee the reliability of our products. The training combined classroom instruction with practical exercises, enabling welders to refine their skills under close supervision.
After the sessions, each welder’s work was carefully evaluated. We are proud to announce that all participants achieved qualified welding results, meeting the strict standards required for our production lines. To make the results more tangible, we provided welders with cross‑sectional images of their completed welds. These images offered a clear view of the internal structure and quality of the welds, allowing workers to directly see how proper technique translates into strong and reliable joints.
